Ingredients
6 ounces low-fat lemon yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 gingersnap
(or 1 tablespoon low-fat granola or other whole-grain
cereal)
3-4 blueberries for top
Instructions
Wash hands.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt into a small,
clear bowl or short, clear glass. Add 2 tablespoons
blueberries.
Follow with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 2 tablespoons
of blueberries.
Top with the remaining yogurt.
Crumble the ginger snap on top and add 3-4
blueberries for a garnish.
Enjoy!
