Expanding Breakfast

What is Expanding Breakfast
?
Expanding Breakfast (EB) programs
are those that reach out to students beyond the
traditional cafeteria environment. Program types
include breakfast in the classroom, grab &
go, breakfast after 1st period and breakfast on
the bus, just to name a few. Why use an expanded
breakfast program? Expanding your breakfast program
beyond the cafeteria has been shown to increase
participation to as high as 98% because it makes
the program more accessible to students.
